For the past ten years, Public House has offered customers a comfortable gathering place to enjoy dishes made from trusted ingredients and cocktails that are as vibrant as Chattanooga itself. Public House balances the old and the new, the familiar and the unexpected.
When they first crafted Public House menu a decade ago, they knew we wanted to continue cultivating relationships with local farmers and premium purveyors that were built over ten years in “fine dining” restaurants. Also, they wanted to emphasize the seasonal quality that has always made Southern food special. So, over the years, Pablic House steadily maintained a mix of old favorites and of-the-moment specials sourced from trusted fishmongers, farmers, dairy barns and butchers.
