Chef Erik Niel & Amanda Landreth Niel opened Easy in 2005 when downtown Chattanooga was limited with dining options. As the scenic city has grown, Easy has consistently evolved into what is now a top Southern dining destination. Chef Niel received two consecutive James Beard Foundation nominations for Best Chef Southeast 2016 and 2017, Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and the TN Hospitality and Tourism’s Best Chef 2017. Equally reputed, their original recipe cocktails have been published in Imbibe, The New Bloody Mary, Garden&Gun, Southern Living, and The Coupe.
